1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Not be on the self-exclusion list or banned by any relevant regulatory body.
• Not register on behalf of another individual or corporate entity.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank details. mykd99 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through the KYC process.

Mykd99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. mykd99's decision in such matters is final.

3Account Usage

Your mykd99 account is personal and non-transferable to any other party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account, whether with your knowledge or not.

Your responsibilities as an account holder include:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential at all times.
• Ensure that no other party is using your account, including family members.
• Notify mykd99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur.
• Ensure that your registered email address and phone number are active and reachable.

Mykd99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict the account of any member suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that violates these terms, while an investigation is carried out.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Mykd99 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Bank Islam, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no additional fees charged by mykd99.

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that the recipient's account details are accurate before making any transfer.
• Mykd99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within under 5 minutes for e-wallets and under 30 minutes for bank transfers on business days.
• KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. Required documents include a national identity card (MyKad) and proof of bank account ownership.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Mykd99 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review purposes if necessary.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Mykd99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per device.
• The wagering (rollover) requirement must be fully met before any bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements 10x unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Mykd99 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, fraud, or a breach of these terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Mykd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Members suspected of abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using wagering methods designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other members to manipulate the system — will face immediate action including account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the mykd99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent third-party bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• All game results are final and non-disputable once the spin or round has ended.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, mykd99 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the remaining bet amount to the member's account.
• Mykd99 reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of a technical error, including the incorrect display of odds or payouts.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage will result in the cancellation of all related wins and further action against the account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game results, mykd99's server records will be treated as the final and conclusive evidence.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mykd99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Opening or using more than one account.

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other mechanical methods to play games.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.

8Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the mykd99 customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn first.

Mykd99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Submission of false information during registration or KYC.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities or suspicious behaviour.
• Self-exclusion request by the member themselves.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, mykd99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account. For account closures due to other reasons, valid balances will be returned to the member upon completion of the investigation.

9Limitation of Liability

Mykd99 provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability.

• Mykd99 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system outages, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Mykd99 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of inaccurate information, betting outcomes, or gaming strategies chosen by the member.
• Mykd99 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Mykd99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability provision applies to the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by mykd99's negligence.

10Privacy & Data Policy

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by mykd99 is governed entirely by Privacy Policy us, which forms part of these terms. By using the mykd99 platform, you agree to our data collection practices as described in that Privacy Policy.
